Can't access cloud

I run SkyDemon on both a tabletand a phone.  Since the last update I can no longer access flight plans in the cloud on my phone.  Access from the tablet works fine.  However on the phone I get the following error every time I select "Open from Cloud"

"‌This functionality cannot be used as an internet connection is not available or the cloud storage service is busy"‌

T‌he phone has an internet connection via both 4G and wi-fi and other apps‌ can access the internet fine.  I hope you casn help with this.

The same thing happened on my Win PC version this morning after I upgraded. I never select "off-line" mode, but that was how I found the setting .
Now asking for login name and password. No issue but unexpected behavior.
